Whether you like to go ATVing or not.

I hear it is still possible to go ATVing off Apex Road west beyond Central City. Anybody know if it is still passible?

Also I hear some of Rampart Range is open. Anybody know what the conditions are there?

Any other recommendations anyone can make for local open ATV trail areas, please let me know.

Anybody wants to go ATVing let me know.

Attached is a picture of my new Polaris 500 X2.

I'm interested. I'm not a member yet, still have to send in the paperwork but I'm always up for a ride. As you can see I'm not too concerned about snow.

Vic,

Did you get your tracks for less than $3200? Nice Sportsman. Is that a 660 or 800? I see your nearby Rampart Range, have you been over there lately? I'm 49 miles northeast of you, precisely at the southeastern on ramp to Rt. 36 at Federal Blvd. Where would you like go riding and when are you available?

Thanks for the reply,

John Pulsar

The tracks came from atvtracks http://www.atvtracks.net/tracksinfo/info%20about%20e-tatous%204S.htm. I did ALLOT of research and settled on these as the best 4 season models. The guy's name is Gary and they cost me exactly $3450.

The Quad is an x2 700 and yes I'd be up for riding. My schedule is my own so I can usually arrange things to go anytime. I've been to slaughter house quite a few times on my bike but never on the quad. It's about 5 minutes from here. I think I've been to the backside of ramparts over by woodland park but never ramps. I'd be willing to give that a shot too.

I also have an open schedule until March 3, when I start back to school at Devry Westminster for another associates degree in electronics.

Could you give me some exact rendezvous locations for meeting up at, and destination locations so I can start mapping the trip there out? I map everything out with Delorme Topo USA.

The only other place I'd consider going right now is Apex Rd west of Centerville, but I don't know what the conditions are there. I've done all my previous ATVing up around Winter Park, and once around Gross Lake.

If you'd like to keep any of this private my email address is jpulsar@gmail.com.

If you don't mind a couple of new kids on the block going, my wife and I would be interested. We have two new Honda Ranchers that have not been off the trailer. We live in Aurora over by Cherry Creek state park. Give us a call if you want to schedule something…not too difficult. 720-532-2114
We will be at the meeting tonight.
